The house is centrally located in the historical part of Mossel Bay on the north-facing side of the Cape St Blaize peninsula. The northern side of the peninsula is sheltered and therefore experience the best weather. It is very safe area and there are pathways to town and the beach. The following is less than one kilometre away - Bay View Hospital, Town Hall, Restaurants, Super Markets, Police Station, Town Center, Santos blue flag beach.
